Board of Directors

Grenfell Preschool & Long Day Care Centre is a community based organisation run by the parents. A Board of Directors is elected each year at the AGM from the parent body.

The Board of Directors comprises of three members. These are voluntary positions and without these positions being filled our Centre cannot operate. The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall operation of the Centre.

The Board of Directors members for 2023/24 are:

Bonnie Fitzpatrick, Simon Rolls & Brad Stuttle

Bonnie Fitzpatrick moved to Grenfell from Broken Hill in January 2020. She has established her family in the region and is the mother of Emma and Harriet, now 3 years old, who attend the centre.

Bonnie has 23 years experience in Human Resource Management. She has held Senior Management Rolls during this time and worked both in the public and private sectors. Bonnie has a passion for organisational and leadership development and has recently started her own business, Purposefully.

Bonnie has previous board/association experience previously holding positions of Secretary at a primary school P&C in her home town.

Bonnie is looking forward to working with the Board in the coming year.

My name is Simon Rolls, and together with Bonnie and Gemma, make up the Board of Directors.

Whilst I am not a parent, I do bring experience and knowledge with the world of finance, having worked with the Financial Services Industry for the past 4 years, and before a brief hiatus overseas, 6 years with ANZ Bank.

I am both confident and excited to take on a role within the Board , and believe that we can continue to progress the Centre forward and help to ensure our survival and sustainability into the future.
